However, when you view it in the Preview Pane in Outlook 2007 it appears quite different. See below:

Let's say it together... test, test, test...
There are some simple things that Sears could have done to prevent this formatting snafu in the coding of the message. Further, they could have tested the email's delivery into Outlook to first see how it would appear and if it's overall appearance met the brand guidelines.
I would assume "choppy" would have failed...
