Apple Retail Stores - A Lesson for Everyone

How many traditional retail stores can boast to having an integrated system that allows for customers to receive a customer survey within 8 hours of purchasing a product in store?

Not many - that's for sure.

This past weekend, I purchased a new 20 inch iMac. While despite many purchases at the Apple Store I continually find myself in appreciation of Apple's offer to print, email, or print and email my store receipt. I was equally appreciative of receiving the attached email only hours later asking me to "Share my thoughts on the Apple Store".

apple.jpgFace it - Apple takes their relationship with their customers incredibly seriously - more seriously than most marketers.

Truly a lesson for us all...
